London Tours.

A city of parks, palaces and pageantry, whose history begins in the 1st century AD with Roman invaders. Tour itineraries and lengths are customised to suit your exact requirements, but can include some or all of the following:

Buckingham Palace, the residence of the Monarch since Queen Victoria, and the Changing of the Guard — colourful pomp and ceremony at the Palace.

Westminster Abbey, scene of every Royal Coronation since 1066, and the marriage ceremony of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Contains memorials to hundreds of writers, poets and statesmen.

Houses of Parliament — two debating chambers lie within this Gothic building, containing 1100 rooms and two miles of corridors!

Big Ben, named after the 13 1/2 ton bell in the Clock Tower.

Downing Street, named after the original builder (Harvard graduate), and official residence of the Prime Minister.

Tower of London — once a fort, royal palace and prison. The Crown lewels are guarded by Tudor-costumed Yeoman Warders.

Tower Bridge, a spectacular bridge that is raised for tall ships to pass.

St Paul's Cathedral, is Wren's magnificent masterpiece, built after the Great Fire of London in 1666.

Trafalgar Square commemorates Nelson's victory over the French. On its north side is the National Gallery. Watch out for the infamous pigeons!

Piccadilly Circus is at the heart of the West End, and features the statue of Eros. Many famous theatres and shows are located on nearby Shaftsbury Avenue.

Kensington Palace, the home of several Royal Family members.

Hyde Park — designed by Henry VIII. Visit Speakers' Corner to see London at its liveliest!
