should I use your services to book theatre tickets?

price for any show in London. Your order is not placed until you
are completely satisfied with the location, time and pricing.
How
do I know that I am getting the best deal?
As
we mentioned above, customer service is our number one priority
- if you are not completely satisfied with your thaipocketpc.info
experience, we can't expect to stay in business very long!
When
any booking inquiry comes to us, we endeavour to find you the exact
match of your request. Wherever possible we may also provide alternate
choices that could save you money if they are available.
I
am not from the UK but will be visiting there very soon, how would
I get my tickets if I did use your services?
Depending
on the time frame involved, once you have confirmed the purchase
for a particular event, we can ship the tickets to the specified
mailing address or have them sent to your London address (i.e. your
hotel, family or friend's residence where you will be staying).
The choice is yours. Of course if you will be booking for an event
to take place in 7 days or less we recommend that you have the tickets
sent to your London address.
What
would happen if I had to cancel my tickets or reservations?
We
cannot guarantee reimbursement for a completed transaction where
tickets are involved. Wherever possible, thaipocketpc.info will attempt
to resell your tickets and reimburse you for the sale.
I've
never attended the theatre before, do I need to wear a formal gown
and should my husband dust off his tuxedo?
While
we are sure you would make a stunning couple in your formal wear,
London's theatres are no longer demanding jacket and ties be worn.
Business casual is acceptable. The choice is yours though.
